Michael brings years of private lending experience and a practitioner’s understanding of how investors operate, launching and deepening Conventus’s presence across New England. Including Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, while supporting investor clients nationwide.

Michael works with investors, builders, and developers to finance DSCR rental loans, fix and flips, new construction, and multifamily properties. His approach is grounded in collaboration, responsiveness, and access, helping first-time investors enter the market with confidence and seasoned operators scale with clarity and speed.
