Our Story
Conventus was founded in 2015 with a clear mission: to bring speed, flexibility, and transparency to real estate investment lending. At a time when traditional lenders were too slow and rigid for the pace of modern investors, we saw an opportunity to build something better—capital that moves as fast as the market demands.
We started in California, partnering closely with real estate investors to finance fix & flip, rental, and bridge deals with confidence and efficiency. From day one, our focus was on being more than just a lender—we aimed to be a strategic partner that understood the urgency, complexity, and nuance of real estate investing.
Our growth has been fueled by deep industry expertise, strong investor relationships, and a relentless focus on client experience. Over time, we expanded our reach, lending in 44 states and earning a reputation for fast execution, competitive pricing, and tailored solutions.
