No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Additionally, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties under any other categories.
Company’s Privacy Notice is intended to provide Consumers with a comprehensive description of Company’s online and offline practices regarding the Collection, use, and disclosure of PI and of the rights of Consumers regarding their PI.
The Company discloses the following information (as applicable) in its online privacy notice or notices and in any California-specific description of Consumers' privacy rights:
A description of the Consumer’s rights (right to know/access, right to correct, right to delete, right to limit, right to opt-out of the sale of PI, and right to non-discrimination).
Right to Know About PI Collected, Disclosed, or Sold.
Explanation that a Consumer has the right to request that Company disclose what PI it Collects, uses, discloses, and sells (including that a Consumer has the right to request the specific pieces of PI Company has Collected about that Consumer).
Instructions for submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request to Know and links to an online request form or portal for making the request, if offered by Company.
General description of the process Company will use to Verify the Consumer request, including any information the Consumer must provide.
Identification of the categories of PI Company has Collected about Consumers in the preceding 12 months. The categories must be described in a manner that provides Consumers a meaningful understanding of the information being Collected.
Identification of the Categories of Sources from which the PI is Collected.
Identification of the Business or Commercial Purpose for Collecting or selling PI. The purpose must be described in a manner that provides Consumers a meaningful understanding of why the information is Collected or sold.
Disclosure or Sales of PI
Identification of the categories of PI, if any, that Company has disclosed for a Business Purpose or sold to third parties in the preceding 12 months (two separate lists). If Company has not sold or disclosed Consumers' PI for a Business Purpose in the preceding 12 months, it will disclose that fact.
For each category of PI identified, the Categories of Third Parties to whom the information was disclosed or sold.
Statement regarding whether Company has actual knowledge that it sells or shares the PI of Consumers under 16 years of age.
A statement regarding whether the business uses or discloses Sensitive PI for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA.
Right to Request Deletion of PI.
Explanation that the Consumer has a right to request the deletion of their PI Collected by Company.
Instructions for submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request to Delete and links to an online request form or portal for making the request, if offered by Company.
General description of the process Company will use to Verify the Consumer’s request, including any information the Consumer must provide.
Right to Request Correction of Inaccurate PI.
Explanation that the Consumer has a right to request the correction of their PI Collected by Company.
Instructions for submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request to Correct and links to an online request form or portal for making the request, if offered by Company.
General description of the process Company will use to Verify the Consumer’s request, including any information the Consumer must provide.
Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of PI.
Explanation that the Consumer has a right to opt-out of the sale of their PI by Company.
Statement that Company does not sell or share PI.
Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer's Privacy Rights.
Explanation that the Consumer has a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Company for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
Authorized Agent.
Instructions on how an Authorized Agent can make a request under the CCPA on the Consumer's behalf.

A contact for questions or concerns about Company's privacy policies and practices using a method reflecting the manner in which Company primarily interacts with the Consumer.

The Privacy Notice is posted online through a conspicuous link using the word “privacy” on Company’s website Homepage or on the download or landing page of a mobile application.
Company updates this information at least once every 12 months.
Company ensures that its Privacy Notice:
Is designed and presented in a way that is easy to read and understandable to Consumers.
Uses plain, straightforward language and avoid technical or legal jargon.
Uses a format that makes the policy readable, including on smaller screens, if applicable.
Is available in the languages in which Company in its ordinary course provides contracts, disclaimers, sale announcements, and other information to Consumers in California.
Is reasonably accessible to Consumers with disabilities. For notices provided online, Company follows generally recognized industry standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1 of June 5, 2018, from the World Wide Web Consortium, incorporated herein by reference.
Is available in a format that allows a Consumer to print it out as a document.
