Sophie Valdivia is a Relationship Manager at Conventus Lending with 4 years in hard money lending. Sophie is originally from Michigan but now resides in South Florida and lends nationwide. Sophie particularly loves helping clients close to home and watching those communities grow- both in the Mitten and the Sunshine State! When she’s not working, she is out on the water with friends and family, and actively looking for her next personal investment project.
