Jake brings a decade of lending experience and nine years of personal investing to the Conventus team, having acquired properties across 18 states. From fix-and-flips to multifamily deals, he’s lived the investor journey and loves helping clients win by sharing what he’s learned on the ground. When he’s not hosting local investor meetups in Marin County and Sacramento, Jake is usually planning a family trip, hanging out with family & friends, or rooting for the 49ers and Warriors.
