Brenda Chen is Managing Director at Conventus, where she has originated over $2 billion in loan volume across more than 2,000 loans since joining the company in 2017, including more than $700 million funded in the past 12 months. She specializes in bridge, fix-and-flip, DSCR rental, and ground-up construction financing, helping real estate investors secure capital and grow their portfolios nationwide.

As someone passionate about investing and housing, Brenda brings firsthand experience and practical insight to every client relationship. She serves as a Board Advisor for the Small Builders Association, supporting the growth and success of emerging and mid-sized developers, and was selected as a Developers Fellow with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Brenda is passionate about helping investors build long-term wealth through strategic financing and strong partnerships.
