Position Description

Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

Location: San Francisco, CA

Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thu). Please do not apply if this does not align with you. 

Salary Range: $160K – $185K

Conventus is seeking an experienced VP, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring each revenue team member operates within a proven, repeatable process with clearly defined metrics, tight feedback loops, and full transparency into performance. This tole will also be responsible for ensuring that systems are built to enable and scale this reporting, as well as support the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Partner with leadership across Sales, GTM and Marketing to ensure alignment on revenue strategy and build processes and reporting metrics to drive predictable growth and enable informed decision making.
  • Build out and regularly tailor reporting on Sales performance based on their specific role, including execution of GTM strategy, to drive Relationship Manager (RM) origination growth.
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for originations, pipelines, and revenue.
  • Host regular meetings with leadership and provide dashboards that illustrate Sales performance and identify actions to improve results.
  • Provide regular reporting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey results, identify feedback that requires escalation, and work with the Sales Manager to provide a resolution to the client in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client segmentation is regularly updated in CRM as it evolves.
  • Maintain key inputs to the revenue forecasting model and ensure CRM captures all necessary data via tech stack integrations and/or data capture.
  • Implement automation, reduce manual work, and enforce clean data.
  • Maintain real-time dashboards that track funnel performance, activity levels, CAC, LTV, and ROI of revenue strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure lead quality, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy.
  • Maintain reporting on growth by product, client segment, partnerships, and other channels to provide accountability to growth goals.

CRM Enablement & Revenue Technology

  • Develop and maintain CRM vision and roadmap, including self-identified opportunities and identified by Sales and the leadership team, among others.
  • Partner with the Technology team to prioritize and implement CRM architecture enhancements.
  • Identify other technologies to improve the client experience and support revenue goals.
  • Prioritize enhancements to marketing technology to facilitate marketing campaign execution and automations for both Sales and Marketing initiatives.
  • Train Sales and other departments on CRM enhancements and other tools.
  • Ensure CRM user interface remains simple and useful for Sales to capture appropriate level of data without undue burden.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of GTM and sales analytics and reporting, including necessary tools and technology to enable success.
  • Expert in Salesforce design, funnel analytics, forecasting, and GTM motion building.
  • Highly analytical: can model conversion rates, capacity needs, margin impact.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills; trusted partner to CRO, CEO, and entire Leadership Team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations roles in the FinTech or financial services industry
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in mortgage lending, real estate and/or financial services, experience with private lending preferred
