John DesCamp

John DesCamp brings 30+ years of experience in residential lending and banking, beginning his career at US Bank in Portland before building and leading his own mortgage brokerage for more than a decade.

He has since held senior leadership roles at regional and national institutions, including First Republic Bank and JP Morgan Private Bank, where he worked closely with high-net-worth clients on complex financial and investment strategies.

Most recently, John was with Hixon Mortgage in Bend, supporting clients with real estate financing and becoming well versed in reverse mortgages. Throughout his career, he has been known for his responsiveness, trusted guidance, and commitment to delivering superb service.

At Conventus, John will help real estate investors with financing solutions across fix & flip, bridge, ground-up construction, long-term rental, and multifamily projects up to 30 units.
