Scott Martinez

Scott Martinez joined Conventus Lending in 2021 after earning a degree in Finance from Auburn University and an MBA from Florida International University. Although he is based in Miami, FL, he regularly works with real estate investors across a variety of markets. He enjoys being involved throughout the life of a deal and seeing projects evolve from acquisition to completion. Scott is drawn to the real estate lending industry for its pace, problem-solving, and real-world impact. Outside of work, he played golf competitively growing up, is a longtime Miami Dolphins fan, and loves to collect sports memorabilia.
