Position Description

Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

Location: San Francisco, CA

Required 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thu). Please do not apply if this does not align with you.

Salary Range: $100K – $150K

Conventus is seeking an experienced Sr. Associate, Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team.

This is the execution arm of Revenue Operations. You own the marketing systems and reporting layer that the RevOps function runs on: our marketing automation platform (MCAE), our reporting and dashboards in Sigma, our lead and campaign operations, and the data hygiene underneath all of it. You are the builder and operator who turns strategy into live, working systems, and keeps the data clean enough to trust.

You report to the VP of Revenue Operations, with dotted-line coordination into Growth Marketing, GTM Strategy, and CRM & Business Systems (detailed below). Conventus is in a fast-scaling stage. The systems you build determine whether that scale is visible, measurable, and fast.

Responsibilities:

Marketing automation (MCAE)

  • Serve as day-to-day platform admin for MCAE: build and maintain campaigns, forms, landing pages, automations, and dynamic lists.
  • Own the MCAE-to-Salesforce connector: sync behavior, field mapping, connector health, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute against marketing strategy set by Growth Marketing (dotted line to VP Growth Marketing). You are the fingers on the keyboard; program direction and demand strategy sit with Growth Marketing.

Lead Drop program & cadences

  • Build and manage our monthly Lead Program end to end: list construction, cadence build, execution, and reporting.
  • Program logic and targeting defined by GTM Strategy (dotted line to VP GTM Strategy & Ops); you own the build and ongoing management.

Reporting & dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma on top of our Snowflake data, covering GTM execution, pipeline, and marketing performance.
  • Own the ad hoc reporting queue: turn requests from sales and marketing leadership into clean, reliable reports and views.
  • Build reports and list views in Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) for the RM team and leadership.

Data hygiene & integrity

  • Own data quality across the marketing and lead lifecycle: deduplication (DataGroomr), lead lifecycle and stage maintenance, and list hygiene.
  • Surface and diagnose data issues in Salesforce, and partner with CRM & Business Systems on remediation. Over time, and with the right guardrails, take on direct data correction (e.g. Data Loader) as trust and process are established.
  • Keep ineligible-state and out-of-footprint records out of active pipeline and marketing sends.

Campaign & event operations

  • Run campaign and event operations: pre-event list pulls, per-event and per-RM tracking (including attribution setup), campaign membership, and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain lead routing and assignment as the RM team scales.

This role sits at the center of three functions and works through clear lines with each. Getting these boundaries right is part of the job.

  • Growth Marketing: Owns marketing program and demand strategy. You own the MCAE platform and execution against that strategy.
  • GTM Strategy & Ops: Defines Lead Program targeting and logic. You build and manage the program.
  • CRM & Business Systems: Owns Salesforce architecture, configuration, and platform build. You spec and request platform changes, build reports and list views, and diagnose data issues, working with that team on fixes rather than administering the platform directly.

Skills:

Must-haves

  • Hands-on marketing automation platform administration (MCAE / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement strongly preferred; comparable platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua considered). You have built campaigns, automations, and managed the CRM connector yourself.
  • Dashboard and report building in a BI tool (Sigma preferred; Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar acceptable), including comfort working with SQL and data models.
  • Salesforce reporting fluency: reports, list views, and a working understanding of the data model.
  • Real data hygiene experience: dedup tooling, lifecycle management, and keeping a CRM clean at scale.
  • Operator mindset. You take ambiguous requests and turn them into working systems without heavy oversight, and you can hold three dotted lines without dropping balls.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience (Person Accounts, Households).
  • Financial services, lending, or real estate industry background.
  • Snowflake and modern data stack exposure.
  • DataGroomr or comparable dedup/data-quality tooling.
  • Salesforce Data Loader proficiency.

Desired Characteristics

Mindset and Character

At CHC, we look for future employees who demonstrate and have the mindset and character of our following core values:

  • Deliver Extraordinary Client Experience: Demonstrate unwavering responsiveness and dedication to delighting clients at every touchpoint.

  • Grow Together: Grow together through a culture of intellectual curiosity, collaboration and celebration.
