As Conventus’ Recruiting Coordinator, you will join our growing Business Operations department. You will be helping to lead the growth of our organization, bringing in best-in-class processes and practices within the human resource function.  

We are searching for an energetic professional whose responsibility will encompass all recruiting efforts across the organization as well as provide detailed and comprehensive reporting. You will help drive a positive candidate experience through efficient interview scheduling and help to drive new tools and systems that will enrich the employee experience and streamline operations. 


·    Coordinate interview schedules for internal and external candidates and hiring managers 

·    Assist in the creation and review of all job descriptions 

·    Responsible for posting new jobs to both internal and external job boards 

·    Greet candidates and give them a tour of our office space 

·    Manage all social media and employer branding 

·     Coordinate all pre-hire background and other first phase hire onboarding processes 

·     Flexibility to jump in and help with different company initiatives that engage and inspire our people. 


Education and Experience 

·     2+ years of experience recruiting coordination, project coordination or admin experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment  

·    Bachelor’s degree 

·    Proficiency with LinkedIn platform and ATS systems 

·   Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records
