Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

As Conventus' Recruiter, you will be helping to lead the growth of our organization.  We are a rapidly growing enterprise looking to almost double our team over the next year from 40 to 60+. We are searching for an experienced individual who shares our values and vision and can fit our organization’s needs as we grow.



  • Create hiring/recruitment strategy

  • Create Internship Program

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and on-board new hires

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

  • Screen resumes

  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

  • Administer appropriate company assessments

  • Perform reference checks

  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers

  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers

  • Follow up on the interview process status

  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process

  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

  • Complete timely reports on employment activity 


  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Excellent reading comprehension and analysis skills

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or related field); Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruiting (financial institution experience a plus, but not required)
