Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

As Conventus’ Real Estate Valuations Analyst, you will be part of the team that is key to our company’s success in executing upon our mission to our clients and investors. We are searching for an ethical and detail-oriented, organized professional who shares our values and vision to value real estate assets and be the primary contact to liaise with and manage our real estate inspection vendors. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of our team that is critical to ensuring we delight our customers and improve the thoroughness of our loan origination and sale process during a pivotal stage of our company’s development.



•     Assisting senior valuation professionals in analyzing all aspects of various types of real estate properties in order to create valuation estimates and ranges

•     Ordering and reviewing appraisals, broker price opinions (BPO), environmental and property inspection reports, ALTA surveys, amongst others

•     Tracking and providing updates to key stakeholders in the company and clients

•     Coordinating logistical and operational complexities surrounding dates and times of inspections

•     Managing and ensuring payment of invoices

•     Coordinate data retrieval and input with 3rd party servicing firms

•     Liaise in time-sensitive manner with external 3rd party servicing firms

•     Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 (dependent upon experience) Performance-based bonus
