Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

As a Conventus Operations Associate, you will be a key member of our team responsible for ensuring our operations keep running! We are searching for an ethical, personable, and motivated candidate to take on the important behind-the-scenes heavy-lifting that propels the company to deliver to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of our team that is critical to ensuring the thoroughness of our loan origination process and delivering to our clients during a pivotal stage of our company’s development.


·       Prepares loans, files and correspondence from application through approval

·       Liaise with clients and third parties in time-sensitive manner to obtain relevant documents and information

·       Assist with opening escrow, payoffs/releases, credit reports, OFAC/watchlists and lien checks, title and wire verifications and insurance documents, amongst other information in order to complete and move loan files in a timely manner.

·       Review files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance and raise potential risks and concerns

·       Support Conventus’ strong customer relationship culture through customer contact, quality customer service, and superior loan knowledge

·       Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations and assist in coordination between internal teams.

Education and Experience

·       Prior loan processing experience preferred but not required

·       Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred but not required
