As the Conventus Office Manager, you will be a key member of our team responsible for ensuring our company keeps running!  We are searching for an ethical, personable, and motivated candidate to take on the important behind-the-scenes heavy-lifting that propels the company to deliver to our clients.   


·       Receptionist duties

·       Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of employees

·       Organize company outings/meals/etc.

·       Manage inventory of supplies

·       Filing

·       Shipping coordination

·       Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Education and Experience

•     Undergraduate and graduate degrees in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering

•     Advanced working knowledge of at least one programming language (R or Python highly desired)

•     Special consideration given for:

•     Ph.D in statistics, mathematics, economics, or engineering

•     Prior real estate market experience (academic or practical)
