POSITION

Full-Time, Salaried, Performance-Based Bonus

As an Executive Assistant at CHC, you will enhance executives’ effectiveness by providing information management support. Responsibilities include task management, supporting efforts to keep the company accountable to goal and objective timelines, and performing a number of administrative duties while maintaining strict client and employee confidentiality. We are searching for an experienced, reliable, task-oriented, and passionate professional who shares our company core values, that of outperformance, diligence, communication and delighting our customers. Our ideal candidate is capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking and scheduling calls/meetings, respond to emails, and interfacing with clients

  • Schedule business meetings and appointments for the leadership team

  • Manage travel itineraries for the company

  • Plan, organize and execute business meetings and luncheons or client dinners

  • Take meeting notes and prepare reports with action items by accountable leader

  • Maintain files, records, and correspondence for CEO’s top priorities and meetings

Salary range: TBD (amount dependent upon experience and skillset)
