Design and implement robust data models and sharing/security rules to support complex financial relationships and compliance requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, operations, and client success teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce changes: sandbox development, testing, deployment via Change Sets, Gearset, or CI/CD tools.
Backend & Data Engineering:
Build and maintain microservices in Python to bridge Salesforce with backend systems and customer-facing applications.
Design and optimize data pipelines and ELT processes to move data into centralized warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake).
Utilize AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, RDS, etc.) to support cloud-native data integration and reporting infrastructure.
Implement monitoring, logging, and exception handling for critical pipelines and APIs.
