Position Description

Location: Remote (located in Washington)

Salary Range: $60k – $65k / annually

As an Associate, Customer Success, you will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success. We are searching for an ethical and highly detail-oriented, organized administrative professional with the desire to go the “extra mile” who shares our values and vision.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Monitor and ensure timely progression of deals through the pipeline and processing stages.
  • Facilitate client communications and support in advancing loans to closing, while fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain organized documentation of sales training, meeting summaries, client acquisition strategies, and sales and marketing practices.
  • Assess and qualify incoming deals.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Support initiatives focused on customer retention, client satisfaction, and referral generation.
  • Coordinate and send personalized thank-you notes and client appreciation gifts.
  • Administer client satisfaction surveys, evaluate feedback, and help implement improvements to optimize service quality and client experience.

Lead Generation & Marketing

  • Utilize lead generation tools and social media platforms to identify, research, and engage prospective clients.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns to support brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct outreach to build and nurture strategic partnerships within the real estate industry.
  • Perform market research, including competitor analysis, product insights, and marketing collateral review.

General

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support team and company goals.

Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Previous experience in loan processing is highly preferred.
    • Background in the real estate and/or mortgage industry is a plus.
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity about financial products and a drive to contribute to sales strategy optimization.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, linking workbooks).
    • Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
