·       Managing large volume of transaction activity (both internal and external)

·       Organize and handle all documentation associated with loan sale program

·       Manage (and continue to refine & improve) metrics and dashboards that precisely and accurately measure loan sale activity

·       Participate in hands-on loan evaluation as well as developing innovative efforts to optimize the loan sale process

·       Provide timely internal reporting on all loan sale activity (weekly and monthly)

·       Work cross-functionally to enhance our loan sale process and infrastructure (including exception reporting)



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

·       Intellectual curiosity around financial products with the goal of identifying value to enhance our secondary sales effort

·       Ability to communicate quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

·       Strong proficiency in entire Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement

·       Highly skilled in MS Excel (ability to use pivot tables, create formulas and link multiple workbooks, etc.)

·       Must be extremely organized

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Can-do attitude combined with a passion and commitment to excellence

Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree required with a preference to the following disciplines (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline)

·       2+ years of work experience within the financial sector conducting capital market (or related) activity

·       Familiarity with loan documentation and loan files a significant plus

Salary range: $60,000 or more (amount dependent upon experience and skillset) Performance-based bonus
