Full-Time, Commissioned, Performance-Based Bonus

As a Conventus Account Executive, you will be at the core of our revenue generation and the face of Conventus to customers. We are searching for an ethical, energetic, and persistent sales professional with tenacity who shares our values and vision to source and cultivate new customer relationships to market our expanding suite of loan products. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of our team that is most critical to driving our growth during this pivotal stage of development.



•     Source and develop new residential single family and multifamily purchase, rehab, and new construction asset-based loans to developers

•     Negotiate pricing, terms, and structure loan financing based on thorough assessment of risk considerations in accordance with underwriting and origination guidelines

•     Perform as a team member allocating and coordinating work flow with the loan processing team

•     Support Conventus’ strong customer relationship culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product/market knowledge

•     Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Education and Experience

•     2-5 years of commercial, consumer, or real estate lending experience

•     Mortgage loan officer experience preferred but not required

•     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred but not required

Salary: $45,000
